Who We’re Seeking to Join Our Team: Advantage Group International is seeking a quality-driven, resourceful, and enthusiastic Field Research Coordinator, who wants to jump in headfirst to join us in our journey of helping businesses be better together.The successful candidate ideally holds 3+ years of experience in a senior administrative, project management, or market research role in which they have successfully managed the support activities necessary for executing top quality and complex benchmarking research and reporting.What Success Looks Like in this Role: The Field Research Coordinator proactively manages the support activities necessary for executing Advantage benchmarking programs in the US. This includes managing the lifestyle of survey data collection, including planning, executing, monitoring, intervening as needed, and assessing data validity and reliability/ fitness for use.The Field Research Coordinator receives functional guidance from their manager, Client Service, and Program Management teams, with shared responsibility for specific components of program execution. This role also interacts extensively with cross-functional partners and with select 3rd parties.Specific responsibilities include: * Collaborating with the Client Service and the U.S. Program Management team to ensure that the Advantage program runs on schedule and fits within the overall company-wide strategic goals to deliver effective outcomes.
- Assisting with finalization of Survey specs, survey testing and feedback of Advantage surveys prior to launch.
- Obtaining, managing, and preparing contact lists for manufacturer and retailer clients.
- Providing ready-to-mail account contact lists to the U.S. program management team for the mail-out of surveys.
- Managing field tasks like mail-out of surveys, providing guidance to respondents on how to complete the survey, and reviewing ratings received daily to ensure reportability of data.
- Evaluating coverage to ensure sufficient ratings per client have been received to report prior to field close.
- Monitoring survey response coverage daily and provides status to country manager and research manager.
- Communicating with clients and retailers in follow-ups by phone and email to ensure survey completion and field closes on time.
- Assisting with compiling and preparing qualitative report output files, editing transcriptions, and coding comments.
- Ensuring availability throughout the program cycle for questions from the U.S. program management team.
What We’re Looking For:Education & Experience: * 2+ years of relevant administrative, project management, or market research experience.Knowledge & Skills (competencies): * Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong proficiency with Excel formulas, particularly VLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
- Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is considered a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
- Comfortable managing large sets of data.
- Familiarity with survey tools such as Qualtrics and Survey Monkey or similar platforms.
